It might be an idea to wait on Crystal Controllers and see how the Dream Air Controllers do as iirc the main site says they will be compatible with the Crystal? Will need to have this verified.
Due to Pimax’s refusal to cooperate, I am going to do as much damage to them as I can. I’ve been seeking contact with a fellow named Steve from Gamer’s Nexis and he is going to investigate Pimax’s customer service. Apparently I am not the only one complaining. I am also going to hit up EVERY review website and have people about to add reviews to Microcenter which sells the headsets.

If he gets enough complaints he will do some research and track down the higher ups. He can’t just take my word for it so I hope he gets more complaints.
I thought things were resolved with your charge back. Is there a new issue?
@calvinyau and @JaapGrolleman just recently returned from CES. Jaap has been looking into a couple of CS complaints and has said staff will either be retrained or replaced where needed to fix up poor CS issues.

Yes it was completed but they said the charge was authorized. They filed it as a dispute and not a chargeback. But they still cancelled my CC card and made me wait for a new one in the post. I believe I lost $168 now. So I’m going into scorched Earth mode since Karen mode didn’t work. What’s really messed up is that Pimax could have just sent out the order but for some reason they decided to shaft me.
Pimax refused to refund by ignoring my inquiries. The bank did refund me but then sent a letter indicating that they might not honor the dispute. They asked for mor information.
Please rest assured, the communication is still under the same ticket, correct?
I promise you won’t lose a single penny in this case. I’ll ensure the team processes a full refund or reimburses any missing amount.
The refund is not possible as the credit card used is now cancelled and I would never give the new CC info to Pimax or anyone else.
If that’s the case, how would you prefer we reimburse the missing amount to you?

I can’t do anything right now until my bank decides. If they rule against me then they take the $168 back. If they rule for me then the matter is resolved and I keep the money.

I replied. I told them that the bank will cancel the chargeback when the refund is processed and I can see it in my banking portal.
