Hi I just received the 8kX. I left it on charge over night. I unplugged it and it doesn’t turn on. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Helio, the 8kX is not a wireless headset. It needs to be plugged into a pc. There is supposed be a wireless module at a future time. No idea when though.
